Smartnuts is Jan Morath’s studio in Stockholm — one person leading a team of AI agents, and writing down what that actually looks like as it unfolds.

The essays here come out of the work: building software with agent teams, advising on enterprise FP&A, and running the studio itself as the experiment. Each essay carries a confidence badge and a visible revision history — when the thinking changes, that is recorded, not overwritten.
